Jurisdiction is the power to administer justice, is the essential function Judge, "Manage Justice , on behalf of SOVEREIGN power of the state, which is the public authority to judge and to execute judgments in a particular subject , power which corresponds to the magistrates and judges established by law.
COMPETITION, is the measure in which the said power is distributed among the various courts and tribunals, because of the land, things, people and grades. 1 .- CPC
The judge has the obligation and duty to find out the truth to make a decision, otherwise you can not resolve the case, no judge, no evidence would have an abortion of justice.
