Private Bureaucracy ... worse than the state

These days I saw the need to hire a service internet and because I read in several posts and comments that refer usual critical to the productivity of workers and state agencies, I decided to tell the experience I'm having with Private Bureaucracy (dedicated to lovers of the Free Market ...)

This company came after two weeks to install the service and because there is a problem with the internal wiring of the building can not pass the cable to the inside of the department, we do not want to install from the street.
So the order was on stand-by. My next steps were seeking by every means to fix the wiring problem inside the building. But the construction company and electricians have outsourced a lot of people on vacation, then garlic and water ... ...

private bureaucracies ... I called back to the COMPANY III, to tell you how we can make to install the cable from the street. I replied that require permission of the consortium. said "OK, that you need to read the note? . " I say they send me the model, but that just the next day ... If something I'm going to criticize the state is failing known to limit these oligopolies.
